  3. Smith, C.A. and Grossman-Clarke, S.: Create EML Using R. VTC. June 27, 2017,2 p.m. – 3 p.m. EDT (UTC-4).

The goal of these tutorials is to introduce you to the R Project for Statistical Computing, the version control repository GitHub and the procedure of creating EML using R. We will provide basic knowledge on those tools as well as their benefits. The 20 minute tutorials are followed by a 30 minute question and answer sessions. Hopefully our tutorials will inspire you to learn more about R, GitHub and EML.

Therefore we will soon offer regular bi-weekly 20 minute in-depth tutorials on aspects of R (for example data wrangling), GitHub and EML, that will deepen your knowledge and ability over time and accompany the process of self learning. More detail will be posted on our website soon.

Please contact Susanne Grossman-Clarke (grossmanclar@wisc.edu) or Colin Smith (colin.smith@wisc.edu) for further questions.
